- From the "Tools" menu, click "internet Options"
- Under the "General" tab, "Temporary Internet Files",click "settings"
- Check the radio box labeled "every visit to the page", and then click OK?
- Click OK.

- From the "Tools" menu, click "Internet Options".
- Under the "Security" tab, click "Restricted Sites" and then click the "Sites.." button.
- Under the "Web sites:", if "http://www.HyosungMotorsusa.com" exists highlight it and click "Remove".
- Click "OK"
- Under the "Security" tab, click "Trusted Sites" and then click the "Sites.." button.
- Under the "Add this website to the zone:", enter "http://www.HyosungMotorsusa.com".
- Click "OK."

- click the "Sites" button.
- Under the "Address of Web sites", type "http://www.HyosungMotorsusa.com" and click "Allow" button
- Click "OK."
- Click "OK" again
