NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN Sweepstakes entry period is between February 1, 2008 and 11:59pm on October 31, 2008. Random drawing will be held on November 3, 2008. Only one entry per person allowed regardless of method for entering. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor will not be responsible or liable for incomplete, lost, stolen, illegible, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries. Photocopied, mechanically produced, or computer generated entries will not be accepted. Winner: One (1) Winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received at Sponsor's location on Date, November 3, 2008. The prize includes: a Hyosung motorcycle 2008 GT250R for $33. Any taxes/shipping fees are solely the responsibility of the Winner. You must pick up the motor cycle from closest Hyosung local dealer. All prize details are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The retail value of the prize is approximately $4,000.00. Written notification will be sent to the Winner within seven (7) days of the drawing. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or for an alternate prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, if advertised prize become unavailable for any reason. Winner may waive his or her right to receive a prize. In the event that the Winner cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the date of the selection, or in the event that the Winner is ineligible to win the Sweepstakes, or declines or waives his or her right to receive the prize, Sponsor will choose another Winner by random selection from all remaining valid entries and notify that Winner that he or she is the Winner in the same manner provided above, and that he or she is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes and these rules. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to entrants who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years or age or older. Void where prohibited by law. All employees of Sponsor and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective directors, agents, officers and employees dealing with this Sweepstakes and those domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible. Sponsor may contact entrants in the future with offers they determine to be of interest. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. It is void where prohibited, and in any country outside the United States. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate player's eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event any portion of this Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes.
